Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year with my parents, and my sister and brother-in-law!  We LOVE having family come to see us!  These pics are way out of order, but that's okay!  The girls did some pottery painting, and stained glass work at our cute little place downtown.

The day after Thanksgiving our town does a little Christmas kick-off, with a tree lighting and treats at the shops, it was a good time!

Dinner at our favortie restaurant, and we got to help the owner, Josh Duhamel, celebrate his birthday!
He brought around cake for everyone!
Grandma and Grandpa got to watch Calvin play basketball.

Swimming everyday at the pool in Grandma and Grandpa's hotel

Aunt Steph and Charlie brought these cool straws for the kids.

Rock Climbing!
Meat on a stick!

Preparing for the big Thanksgiving day feast!  Mayzie helped make the apple pie.

The kids made turkeys with what they are thankful for written on the feathers.

Joe did a beautiful job carving the bird!

It was a great time, we did have some sickness in there, but it didn't slow us down too much!

November portraits

In November we had portraits of the kids done by my dear friend Melanie!  We especially wanted to get one of Brick, as a ONE year old!  I love how they turned out!

Stephanie and Charlie's wedding

My one and only sister, Stephanie, got married this summer in Pennsylvania.  That was our ultimate destination for our summer travels.  Her wedding and reception were at a beautiful resort called Bear Creek and we had a BLAST!  The kids (minus Brick) were all in the wedding, as was I.  It was so fun to be with her Philly friends, and Charlie and his sister, and all our family that came out!  We just had so much fun! Here are lots of pics from the day...

This is all my family that came out for the wedding.

Mina and Mayzie were attached to my cousin's kids, Chloe and Emma!  They danced and hung out with them most of the night!
Mayzie recently asked if we could go back to Bear Creek tomorrow... it was that fun!  The best part is that I got a new brother, Charlie!  He is awesome and we are so glad to have him in the family!
