Shortly after Pops left for training, the rest of us headed down to my parent's house. It's definitely been an adjustment for us all (especially my parents, I'm sure), but it's really been great. We've had a really fun summer! It's been really cool, kind of like reliving my childhood through my own kids, as we've visited some of the same places I used to go as a kid!

Soon after we got here, THE JEEP showed up! Even though it's a Barbie Jeep, it is totally Calvin's vehicle and he rides all around the house, and up and down the side walks in it.
This is at a festival in town, that yes, I went to as a kid. The kids LOVE going on rides!
Here they are at a hot air balloon festival in a nearby town. Sadly, the weather conditions did not allow the balloons to go up, but they did look pretty!
